Upon seeing some evidence of a roof leak, I contacted Southwestern Roofing and Esteban surveyed the roof, saw the apparent issue, quickly provided a quote to which we agreed and within a day or so the repair was completed. We've had some heavy rains since then & it appears the roof issue is resolved, no leaks. I am pleased & will likely use them for some of their other services.

I set up an appointment for a quote with Vincent, the owner. We were stood up. Didn’t even have the decency to call. Highly unprofessional!!! This business contacted me the day after I posted this review, not on the day they stood us up. The excuse in the voicemail was that the truck broke down, I guess all their phones did too. I can’t say enough great things about the reno we had on our bathrooms. First off, Jose and Diego were exceptionally polite and extremely punctual. But most importantly, they were thorough. They reviewed everything they did the day they worked, and went over everything they would be doing the following day. Honest as the day is long. I also can’t express the job Juan did on our custom solid wood cabinet. The carpentry is exquisite and made to the exact specs we requested. Not many roofing companies take care of you after the sale, but these folks do! I needed a report from them on the condition of my roof installed by them in 2007. Without any hassle, they had Gary call me and set an appointment for the inspection. Within a day they blew off the roof and inspected it for us, and emailed me a report for my insurance company. Didn't charge us a dime. I am so happy we used them in 2007, we will again when our roof needs to be replaced. Thanks again Gary, and the whole Southwestern team!

I purchased my first home this year and part of the requirement for funding was a roof repair over the patio. Not only did Southwestern Roofing get the job done fast, but the customer service was impeccable. I moved in after repairs were completed and noticed that with the changes to the roof that were made was causing pooling of water in the same area where the repairs had been done. It was not caused by any workmanship issues, just the design of the house with the newly added roof. When I called to report that the water was still pooling I worked with Gary, who sent a team back in a timely manner to troubleshoot. It was determined that gutters would be needed to do the job to the highest degree of quality. They handled the gutters for me quickly, and my roof and home is beautifully repaired. I can't say enough good things about the quality of customer service this company gave. It was very refreshing and I will no doubt use this company for any future roofing needs I may have. We needed a roof without any help from insurance, and SW gave us a very fair cash price and did a quality job. They used large crews, about 10 people, and knocked out the job in about 1.5 days. The cleanup was good and the communication was very good. A heavy storm happened the next day and there were no leaks or other issues. I recommend this company.
