With the exception of one worker, they all have an attitude and need a serious reality check that their purpose is to make the experience better for the patient. I recently had an experience that made me leave this review. For background, I live an hour away from the clinic and called in to get some contact lenses for my week long trip and was assured by the front desk worker that upon my arrival at the clinic I would be given a week worth of contact lens supply. Low and behold, I arrive at the office to be given a measly supply of a single pair of contact lenses. When I ask for more (since that was what I was promised on the phone) the front desk claims “that’s all we have.” I mean I get it if that’s all they actually had but certainly don’t understand why they would feel the need to lie via our phone conversation and inconvenience me to drive an hour out from my home to get ONE pair of contacts for a week long trip. Disappointed in this staff and honestly have never had a gracious exchange with any front desk worker here in my 4 years of seeing this doctor. I hope the doctor gets new staff that represent his image in a much better light and treat patients with kindness instead of sass.
