Man let me tell y’all, Indigo and Chris, the wrecker who towed my car, we’re not only courteous and professional, but the actually understood the situation I was in since my car had an mechanical issue. Instead of of making excuses and trying to charge me out the ear like it has happened before, I got a solid price and great service. I had a great experience with Indigo! My suburban had completely shut down and left me stranded. Chris came out and when I told him what happened, he offered to trouble shoot the problem first to see if maybe it was something quick and easy to fix. I really appreciated that. In the end, he ended up towing my truck to a nearby shop. Chris was nice and friendly and even gave me a tip on how I can possibly get reimbursed from my insurance company. Great service all around! Having my car refuse to start was a terrible beginning to the day, but Indigo Towing was able to come pick up my Subaru and take it to the dealership for me! He had the accessory needed to tow the AWD safely and showed up quickly. Very polite gentleman, he made sure to text me an ETA and when he arrived, as well as informing me when the car had been dropped off and included pictures for me. For what was a terrible car experience this company was a silver lining. Fair price, great customer service. I definitely recommend!
