A couple of days ago, my screws came off my tire. We called Indigo for the first time ever and Chris was so incredibly helpful to me. He drove me and my car to the auto shop with the idea I’m mind that they could quickly fix my tire and I could drive the rest of the way home, and he’d only charge me half. Not many companies would even bother with that, but Chris did. He drove me there and made sure Discount Tire knew what was going on, he talked to them for me, as I wasn’t even entirely sure what was wrong myself. He was the most helpful tower I could have ever possibly called, and he is now my go to and the ONLY tow I will refer my friends and family to. As if that in itself wasn’t already so considerable, I left my Stanley cup in his car. Many others would have just thrown it away, but when I called, Chris helped me feel rest assured that he would hold onto it for me, and then VOLUNTEERED to meet me at the tire place whenever I got off school so he could bring it to me. The tire place is 20 minutes away from him on average. Chris was the calm in the storm and he was so helpful to me I’ll never forget it. This is the number you want to call if you want to be rest assured that you’ll be in good hands.
