Solid lunch Tex Mex location with a long standing neighborhood history. Plenty of parking across the street of the restaurant. Look for the painted sign. Hostess & server were friendly and greeted me immediately. Nice and bright interior. For lunch I was provided red sauce and a small chile con queso. Queso was tasty, but salsa was served cold. I prefer hot red salsa. Rice and beans were good texture and tasty. Ground beef enchiladas were on point! Portion sizes are just right. They are not overwhelming. It was lunch but I ordered from dinner menu. I will certainly return and try other dishes. Margaritas are lack luster, too sweet, BUT happy our prices are only $3.00 or $4.00 for the house version.

Great Mexican place! Their menudo and barbacoa are solid and service was great. If it’s your first time try the Patrona breakfast. I heard the fajitas are awesome too.

Haven't been here since Sylvia's celebration (constable,Pct. 6. 8 yrs ago) Ate lunch with mother today, 3/26/2024 @ 12:44p. Great atmosphere, l'd say just us and a couple people leaving and a couple coming in. Small plates, magnificent meals. We were given gift cards from my lovely sister, dated 12/2023. Thank you sis 🥰We saved it for a special moment. Before it expired😃. So go and enjoy a wonderful meal. I like to add to the manager Thank you for being patient with my 85 year old mother. Keep smiling. Everyone there too. El Jardin has wonderful memories & meals.

My family of about nine was served by a very nice waiter named Jesús a few weeks ago. The guy was so amazing that I had to come on here and write a review to let the folks know that if you get him, you are getting a winner! He was very attentive to everyone and went above and beyond to make sure that our orders were correct, even when he didn't have to. Normally, my family is used to being served by Chris when we go, but Jesús is such a great waiter, as well! Constantly checked in for chips, drinks, and whatever else we needed. Even got to learn a little bit about him every time he came to our table because he is just a naturally friendly person from what I can tell. I believe more people like him need to be hired. My family has been coming to this restaurant since I was born and it's people like Jesús that keep us coming back.
