I found Bellaire Roofing Company through my realtor. We bought a place that needed some roof and stucco repair. They were amazing to work with and did a great job. They helped me break the project into several pieces so that I could do them over time. They had great follow up prior and after the job was done. The crews were great and helped to educate me along the way. They took pictures before and after. Elizabeth, in particular was lovely to deal with and helped me with quotes prior to the purchase of our home all the way to the completion of the third project a year later. Highly recommend.

Bellaire Roofing showed up right on time early this morning with a big team and got right to work removing our old shingles and replacing them with GAF shingles in the color we had selected. They were done by mid afternoon and left our yard clean and free of debris. The group was friendly and enthusiastic about their work - extremely professional, tidy and responsive. They have already furnished us with warranty information and are sending drone photos of our 3rd story roof which is hard to see from the street level. We have already recommended Bellaire Roofing to several friends and family members, and will definitely use them again in the future should the need arise. After asking around, we think the pricing of their roofing services is definitely in line with other well-regarded service providers in the current Houston market.

The crew arrived on time and were finished with my new roof around 3 pm. There were no signs of debris or any nails on the yard. we had even given a good review about this group. sadly shortly after we had the work done we had issues and it was horrific service even trying to get them out there. Even the owner showed up with small ladder not fit to get on the house with and he is the roofer/ owner. OMG. I filed with BBB and was pursuing small claims just let it end but beware. We had to hire another company to come and attend to the issue. Since then we referred neighbors to the other company and they had complete roof done. This company is a sad excuse buyer beware!

They came shortlyl after I called and evaluated the damage to my roof caused by a branch through the shingled roof and deck from a storm and provided a quote on the spot. The repair needed was explained fully. The repair was completed the next day. I'm very please with the result. I have used Bellaire Roofing in the past and they have always been reliable and professional. They have repaired a flat roof leak and installed Hardy plank exterior siding. They have repaired shingled roofs and installed ridge vents for me in the past. I highly recommend them.
