If you so happen to get answered by Crystal M. , whom claims she is paralegal, I feel for you. Due to Crystal refusing to let a client talk & express concern, she cannot simply allow a client to even speak, she forwards over a withdrawal notice before the actual attorney speaks to the client, is against the law when she just stated the attorney will be calling. The failure to do what was stated before filing a court document is fraudulent & was done without consent. This firm is highly unprofessional with their communication, & whom they entrust client communication to. This firm withholds information on purpose to wait for the account to be replenished. Also over the last 4 months, we have been waiting for information to be sent & still have not received it. The practices of this firm will cause you to relive your nightmares.
