Bellaire Roofing showed up right on time early this morning with a big team and got right to work removing our old shingles and replacing them with GAF shingles in the color we had selected. They were done by mid afternoon and left our yard clean and free of debris. The group was friendly and enthusiastic about their work - extremely professional, tidy and responsive. They have already furnished us with warranty information and are sending drone photos of our 3rd story roof which is hard to see from the street level. We have already recommended Bellaire Roofing to several friends and family members, and will definitely use them again in the future should the need arise. After asking around, we think the pricing of their roofing services is definitely in line with other well-regarded service providers in the current Houston market.

The roofing repairs required due to tree damage from the recent storms and a squirrel assault were completed promptly and efficiently. The roofers were very conscientious about making sure there was no debris left as a result of the work. Also we had repairs to the vent above the kitchen. This posed a hazard if we should have another torrential downpour. I found the initial visit to determine the extent of the damage very thorough and it seemed to me that every effort was made to be sure we did not incur future damage resulting from Houston's notoriously potentially dangerous downpours. I had a crushed barn roof from a large tree that Hurricane Beryl knocked down. Bellaire Roofing came out to evaluate the damage shortly after I called. They explained the repairs needed and the costs. Their prices were very competitive. I have used this company for roof repairs and replacements previously. As before, they did good work. In this case they replace rafters, decking and shingles with installation of a ridge vent. Afterwards they cleaned the barn floor and area outside and made sure to pickup any stray nails. They removed all of the damaged roof debris. They worked quickly and efficiently. The roof looks great and the inside is totally dry after recent rains. I highly recommend this company.

Overall I had a good experience with Bellaire Roofing recently. Elizabeth who answered phone is responsible and quick-reacting for the requests and questions. The crews are professional and polite, Although there were some unexpected situations happened and back-and-forth several times to solve the problem. However there are a few things need to be improved. They agreed to send me the pictures and videos of roof after job done but I never received those. They mentioned to register the roof for me but I have not got any confirmation for GAF regarding Warranty so far……

(Full transparency, I was contacted by the company requesting a review several weeks after the repair) During Beryl, I lost some shingles, and I emailed Bellaire Roofing while the storm was still moving through in hopes of getting ahead of things. I did not receive a response to the email, so I called the next day. They were not unexpectedly busy after a hurricane and said they would call me back later in the day to set an appointment, which never happened. A few days later I called back and made an appointment for a roof inspection and a quote the following Monday afternoon, but no one ever showed up or called. I called the office back again a few days later and made yet another appointment for the following Monday. It had been raining all week and I was taking on water resulting in sheetrock damage, so I was desperate for repairs. The inspector arrived on Monday, took photos with a drone and I received a $775 quote later that afternoon for the shingle repair which was supposed to include a roof inspection and regular maintenance with follow-up photos. I approved the quote, and the technician arrived the next way and he was in and out in less than 45 minutes. I received a call a couple of hours later requesting payment. I never received any follow-up photos, and I doubt he performed any of the other services that were supposed to be included as well. I paid almost the same amount last year for a shingle repair and they were on the roof for a couple of hours performing work. Although I was glad that they were able to eventually get the roof repaired before any further sheetrock damage, in the future, I will probably shop around for a different roofing company.
