I was told that the person handling my case was out and that she was the only one who could help me. I never received a call back — even after she returned — despite the urgency of my situation. I understand immigration timelines can be long and unpredictable, but I expected clearer explanations, better follow-up, and more proactive communication given the cost of representation.
