I had my whole house siding replaced (hardiplank), Eliseo Treviso and his team did an absolutely impeccable job in a timely manner, great attention to detail, cleaning the area spotless before leaving for the day, absolute professionals, very courteous always and ready to listen to any last minute requests. My neighbor recommended him to me and I'm grateful for that, now I paid it forward and I brought another neighbor to see the work they were doing.....so now they're in a project at his place. We used southwestern roofing about 26 years ago and they did an amazing job. Our roof made it through all the horrible storms, hurricanes, tropical storms, high winds and other natural disasters that occur in the greater Houston area. Many of our neighbors who had their roofs replaced after ours back then, had to have theirs replaced or repaired due to these incidents. We knew about 3 years ago we needed to have our roof replaced but had to keep putting it off due to many reasons. We k ew we wanted southwestern roofing to do it again even though we had numerous other companies come by our home. We had the roof replaced on 2/24/26-2/25/26. From the beginning of having them come inspect to the estimate to the installation it was seamless. The customer service is top notch. The crew was respectful, hard working, industrious, courteous and timely. It was supposed to take two days, but only took one Fady and a few hours the next day. They did an excellent job with clean up both days. We had no issues of concern at all. We highly recommend them for roofing jobs!

Harold came and looked over my whole house and took photographs of what he could do to make it better. Willie who headed up the project,was with him as well. My entire house was painted inside and I got to pick all the colors with Sherwin-Williams paint. They repaired anything that needed fixing including adding some tile that was missing to my kitchen floor repairing a wall, and I was impressed with her preparation they put down brown paper and taped it when they were repairing my ceiling and they covered my washer dryer closet with plastic and tape that as well. When they were finished the job every day they would sweep and make sure the house was clean. Cody Augustine as well worked very hard. The only time they took a break was when they sat on my porch and had their lunch. They did me personal favors like take out my trash for me or check my mail for me because I'm handicapped. I have complete faith in southwestern roofing because of Harold Hatcher and his team. He was warm and professional and explained everything to me very well before I signed the contract. I feel like I'm living in a new home. They did my kitchen back splash is Subway White was so pretty and shiny and they did my countertops with white quartz. My home looks gorgeous and I have them to thank for it. I highly recommend them!

Frank and Salvador, with SW Roofing, replaced my interior attic pull down stairs. They are truly professionals in all aspects of their jobs. They carefully removed the old stairs and installed the new stairs. At every step of the process, they meticulously cleaned up after themselves. The new stairs were smaller than the original and required reframing the opening, installing new sheetrock, taping, floating, texturing, replacing trim, and painting. From start to finish the whole process went very smooth. Two houses side by side connected by a porte cochere. Installed is a metal standing seam roof. We called Southwestern in late September to get a quote on construction of an attached screened-in porch and got a fast response. Within a few days, Esteban sat down with us and a few days after that, he got back to us with a very fair, detailed quote. Construction on our project began in mid-October and our amazing screened-in porch was complete in time for us to watch the Astros win the World Series in early November. The crew was hard-working and did a very high-quality job. Esteban touched base with us regularly and came out to check the progress of the work. It seemed like such a huge project, but the team worked quickly and efficiently, and we could not be happier with the end result. We would recommend Southwestern without hesitation. I was livivng in Orange Texas and Huricane Rita did a lot of damage to my roof. Everybody in town needed a new roof and it was hard to find a roofing contractor to fix your roof. Someone at work gave me Gary Pinina with Southwestern Rffing phone number. I called Gary and I got my roof replaced in 2005. over the years few huricane passed by Orange and my niebours had to replace their roof few times but my roof did hold without any issues. In December 2022 I decided to replace my roof. I called Gary Pinina with Southwestern Roofing and he sent the same grew that did my roof in 2005. Now I live in Lufkin and I needed my roof to be replaced. I called Gary and he did send the same crew to Lufkin to replace my roof and as always did a fantastic job. Good quality work and a good price.
