Company ( Southwestern Roofing) employees do not use company email for communication with prospective customers or customers; instead they use yahoo or gmail addresses. You have to wonder how professional the company is if they do not even provide legit email to their key employees. How can you trust that the quote they provide is coming from the company? Will company stand behind such communication that seems private? In this day and age, this is inexcusable.

We used Southwestern Roofing to paint our entire exterior, install a new roof, gutters and a few other projects. We used an AI generated image of the front of the house that we wanted and asked them to match it as best they could. They did an excellent job and the price was very reasonable. If we wanted anything changed or if anything was done differently by the crew than we had discussed and envisioned with Esteban he changed it immediately no questions asked and at no charge. I would highly recommend using Southwestern Roofing for exterior projects like roof extensions, porches, roofing and paint. The projects were completed very timely and Esteban was always responsive and available.

Called SW Roofing to get a quote for a soffit repair that had some old rotted wood. They came out Monday and had a quote ready in 15 minutes. The next day they did the repairs and were done before I got home from work. The paint was matched perfectly and you could barely tell there was any work done. All construction debris was removed, the area was clean and again, you could barely tell they were there. Once the invoice came, it was exactly as the quote said. No random fees, "extra expenses" or anything.

I’ve had a pleasant experience working with Gary. He set up a professional crew to power wash & paint my home, garage, and update hardiplank to the garage. Willy was very careful at listening to the details we wanted completed for the project. Willy was a great leader for his team. His grandfather, Hector, & his nephew, Cody, were also very hardworking and polite to work with each day. They worked diligently each day of the 4 day project and were able to adapt well around the weather for different portions of the project. Willy also led the re-staining of the front door project, and it looks fantastic! My husband liked how flexible they were each day. He mentioned they were good listeners, had attention to detail, and came back to do some touch ups as well as made sure we were satisfied with the project. They also cleaned up the whole area really well before they left. Thank you!

I had some roof damage, associated with one of the recent storms, and filed an insurance claim. A work associate, recommended that I get an estimate from Southwestern Roofing. I received estimates for a total roof replacement from four different roofing companies. The estimates were all extremely close in price. However, I decided to select Southwestern roofing. Gary Pinina was very knowledgeable and helpful in providing a quote and scheduling the roof project. Gary took more note of window, gutters and downspout issues than others. Julio, the crew supervisor, and his 14 man crew, provided excellent installation of the roof. The first day, weather was typically sunny with a cloudy overcast and potential for scattered thunderstorms. The crew arrived at 7:00 am, worked all day and left about 8:00 pm. Within 10 minutes of leaving, it started to rain. One of the people on the crew immediately returned and put a tarp over part of the roof. There was no problem. It Was a big job so it took three days. There was no damage with landscaping or the pool. I am happy to recommend Southwestern Roofing to others.

Very Professional service. fair pricing. Got a discount for referral. Obviously a huge mess when they were working on the roof. They covered my pool and nothing got in it. thought there was no way they would be able to finish and clean up in one day. Left about 6:30. When we got back it was like they were never there except the new roof!!

Not many roofing companies take care of you after the sale, but these folks do! I needed a report from them on the condition of my roof installed by them in 2007. Without any hassle, they had Gary call me and set an appointment for the inspection. Within a day they blew off the roof and inspected it for us, and emailed me a report for my insurance company. Didn't charge us a dime. I am so happy we used them in 2007, we will again when our roof needs to be replaced. Thanks again Gary, and the whole Southwestern team!
