From start to finish the whole process went very smooth. Two houses side by side connected by a porte cochere. Installed is a metal standing seam roof. We called Southwestern in late September to get a quote on construction of an attached screened-in porch and got a fast response. Within a few days, Esteban sat down with us and a few days after that, he got back to us with a very fair, detailed quote. Construction on our project began in mid-October and our amazing screened-in porch was complete in time for us to watch the Astros win the World Series in early November. The crew was hard-working and did a very high-quality job. Esteban touched base with us regularly and came out to check the progress of the work. It seemed like such a huge project, but the team worked quickly and efficiently, and we could not be happier with the end result. We would recommend Southwestern without hesitation. I was livivng in Orange Texas and Huricane Rita did a lot of damage to my roof. Everybody in town needed a new roof and it was hard to find a roofing contractor to fix your roof. Someone at work gave me Gary Pinina with Southwestern Rffing phone number. I called Gary and I got my roof replaced in 2005. over the years few huricane passed by Orange and my niebours had to replace their roof few times but my roof did hold without any issues. In December 2022 I decided to replace my roof. I called Gary Pinina with Southwestern Roofing and he sent the same grew that did my roof in 2005. Now I live in Lufkin and I needed my roof to be replaced. I called Gary and he did send the same crew to Lufkin to replace my roof and as always did a fantastic job. Good quality work and a good price.

We hired Southwestern Roofing to do our patio extension when we put in a pool. Gary and the crews sent were great to work with. Very responsive and very professional. The quality of the work was top notch! We also had them take out windows and create openings for two entry doors we added to our home. They completed the brickwork and around the new doors along with drywall, paint and trim. They doors look original to the home. We realized after the project was done, that we needed to add gutters. They gave us a reasonable price and completed the work quickly. When the color of the gutters weren't exactly matching the previous gutters, they had a painter come out and match them perfectly. Southwestern was referred to us by my in-laws who had used them on a couple of projects. We will continue to refer them as well! BTW, their pricing was about 20% less than other bids we received as well which is always a plus! Thank you!

We hired Southwestern Roofing to build a covered backyard patio, to be integrated in to the existing roof. The structure took 8 days to complete, and turned out very nice. You have to wonder how professional the company is if they do not even provide legit email to their key employees. How can you trust that the quote they provide is coming from the company? We used an AI generated image of the front of the house that we wanted and asked them to match it as best they could. They did an excellent job and the price was very reasonable. Called SW Roofing to get a quote for a soffit repair that had some old rotted wood. They came out Monday and had a quote ready in 15 minutes. The next day they did the repairs and were done before I got home from work. The paint was matched perfectly and you could barely tell there was any work done. All construction debris was removed, the area was clean and again, you could barely tell they were there. Once the invoice came, it was exactly as the quote said. No random fees, "extra expenses" or anything.

Willy was very careful at listening to the details we wanted completed for the project. Willy was a great leader for his team. His grandfather, Hector, & his nephew, Cody, were also very hardworking and polite to work with each day. They worked diligently each day of the 4 day project and were able to adapt well around the weather for different portions of the project. Willy also led the re-staining of the front door project, and it looks fantastic! My husband liked how flexible they were each day. I had some roof damage, associated with one of the recent storms, and filed an insurance claim. A work associate, recommended that I get an estimate from Southwestern Roofing. I received estimates for a total roof replacement from four different roofing companies. The estimates were all extremely close in price. However, I decided to select Southwestern roofing. Gary Pinina was very knowledgeable and helpful in providing a quote and scheduling the roof project. Gary took more note of window, gutters and downspout issues than others. Julio, the crew supervisor, and his 14 man crew, provided excellent installation of the roof. The first day, weather was typically sunny with a cloudy overcast and potential for scattered thunderstorms. The crew arrived at 7:00 am, worked all day and left about 8:00 pm. Within 10 minutes of leaving, it started to rain. One of the people on the crew immediately returned and put a tarp over part of the roof. There was no problem. It Was a big job so it took three days. There was no damage with landscaping or the pool. I am happy to recommend Southwestern Roofing to others.
